I've got an '04 2500 HD, 6.0 shortbed extended cab with 16,000 miles on it.  So far, I've had the brake pedal got to the floor 3 times (took 2 dealers to finally figure out it was the hydro-booster) Original dealer thought it was in the ABS system. Replaced ABS sensor in right front and then entire right front hub. Then the transmission locked itself in 2nd gear, they totally rebuilt tranny. Then the rear end sounded like it was going to fall out when pulling 5th wheel trailer around bend in road from dead stop. Dealer replaced fluid in rear end. 5th wheel weighs 7,000 lbs. Truck rated to pull 10,300. So weight should not be an issue. Has any else had similar problems with their '04?
