07 TAHOE BODY COLOR RUNNING BOARDS? WHERE? - 10/11/2006 10:21:34 PM    biglg Posts: 2166 Joined: 9/3/2006 Status: offline I saw this tahoe on ebay. I love the matching paint running boards. I want to get some. But where can I find them? Are they painted? I WANT TO KNOW WHERE? Check them out, 07 Tahoe White Boards Lastly, the mirrors are also solid white. I have the white top half in white from the factory, i need the bottom part. What write up are you telling me to read on custom paint on mirrors and boards. You can tell those are factory boards, just painted. As it states............looks like entire mirror was painted as the wedge at the glass and swivel knuckle is also white (in reply to 73shark) Post #: 7

I wouldnt think they could be painted and the paint hold up or stay on?? Opinions? Lastly, on the boards in the picture do you think the top part that is black was just left unpainted, or is it some kind of black mat or something that was put over an all white board? It appears to be the same type of mat'l as the running boards and therefore will require a special primer. The writeup I was referring to was the bottom of the eBay listing. He explained about what the truck had on it. As far as his boards go, I think he just painted the black boards and masked off the part that's still black. (in reply to biglg) Post #: 9

I will ask my local body shop and see what they thing. What are others opinions of the matching color of the boards and mirrors? LIke, dislike, ok, etc? My tahoe is white with factory 20's.
