I have a 2003 Malibu and the turnsignals decide on their own when they will work and when they won't. I can not find anything consistant on when they do or don't. There is also a dash warning light that comes on for only a few seconds. I do not have an owners manual and have no idea what it means. It is in a small box, possible arrows pointing down into a wavy line...water??? It usually comes on in the morning when I start it up and is becoming more and more frequent. To top it off one night as I was driving the locks kept going on and off. My mechanic is in Vegas until next week.....HELP
