Either trim it with modeling scissors or knife or hit it with some silicon lube.

Silicone Spray or WD40 works well.

Silicone spray will fix you up. Get it at any auto parts store. It leaves no greasy feel and wears well.

I have this same problem. Tons of creaking noises. I tried silicone spray but it's still there.

If the spray doesn't work, take the felt side of a strip of velcro and apply it where you need it to kill the rattles/squeaks. You can get rolls at Wal-Mart in the craft section for like $5.

I could see the rub marks on the weatherstripping along the top of the drivers door. I took it to the stealership and they shimmed the door. Squeaks went away.

Black Magic Pro Shine Protectant at Wal-Mart. My cousin used it on his used cars. I used it 3 years ago and squeek has not come back yet.
