My new (to me) Chevy - 10/8/2006 6:54:11 PM    99Silverado Posts: 24 Joined: 10/8/2006 Status: offline I just drove home in a 99 Silverado ex cab truck. It is nice. I did notice some sort of miss at takeoff. Does this engine (5.7) have a distributor? It has something back there where it is supposed to be. I know I'll change the plugs and wires before long.
