my bro has been encountering some
funny smell on his trailblazer. we checked it out but found nothing
unusual. at first we suspected it was the something on the exhaust. but
the exhaust
manifold
was replaced not too long..

what should resolve this?

this problem has been resolved. it ended up in the hands of the
mechanic. it's a plugged cat converter. but we're thankful nothing real
serious happened. sometimes, these weird smells could freak us out. and
should be enough too cost us a lot of fortune for repairs.

Thanks for the heads up. Did they say how it got plugged up in the first place?

I KNOW THAT HIGH OCTANE FUEL EATS UP THE CAT CONVERTOR.

BUT THEN THAT GIVES YOU BETTER FLOW.
