rgonda -> Power Switch not working! (10/5/2006 12:48:08 PM)

Hey guys,
Anyone out there know why, when I flip my power switch to "P" position (engaged) the dash "power" light comes on, but no difference is observed in the shift points, which are supposed to move to higher rpms.
2003 Chevy Tracker 2dr ZR2 2L auto
