Then for about 15 bucks you need to get an LOC converter, also known as a high low converter. what this does is takes the signal from the speaker wire and converts it to a signal that can be sent through rca cables to your amp. So once you have done that, you just need to run a power wire (4 guage rules) from the battery, preferably with a fuse on it to the rear of the vehicle. Personaly I used a rear seat bolt as the location to tap in for a ground. If you want or need more info just reply with your msn and I can even draw you a diagram.
