usually what happens is the holder for the nut rusts and breaks so the nut in the frame just spins. 3 options. cut the strap and buy a new one, cut the strap and drill a hole in the 2 ends of the strap and bolt in a piece, or cut the bolt if you can and put a new bolt in

well I got my fuel strap fixed, now i go to put everything back together and i found that the part on the front of the tank is broke, I assume it is a fuel return, it is yellow, and has a fuel hose that goes to it and it comes out of the tank. My question is is this replacable? what is the proper name  and how do i replace it?
