Hi I am new to this forum but I have a 1987 S10 Blaezr 4X4 with 2.5 V6 AT with an overheating problem. Changed out the thermostat, water pump looks ok I flushed the system and that didn''t help. at a lost??

are the fins of the rad full of dust and dirt? Try flushing it out with a hose from the front side

You dont want to overheat it too often.  It will mess up the motor and you will end up replacing it.  I had that happen to mine.

Is it leaking coolant anywhere?  My son is a motorhead, he just fighting with my electrical system in my blazer right now.
