You can always call another dealer and see if they will take it in for you.

Important thing is to take it in every time it happens so you have an offical record of it being reported and looked at thou nothing was found.


Also go in with a helpful attitude, take good notes of when, where, speed, hot or cold engine, rainy day dry day, did you have anything else plugged into an accessory port, did you just fill up... the tech is fixing the problem based on YOUR information the more you give the better the chance of finding and fixin''.

Good point and I tried to give them every detail.  I am now carrying around a video camera to try to record when it happens.  It did happen to me again Thursday (of course I didn''''t have the camera in the truck) but noticed all the gauges act like they lose power.  Even the speedometer goes to zero while I am rolling.  I am conviced there is a loose ground somewhere.
