I have a 99 Suburban and while driving on the highway it will loose power, but still run.  I can put in neutral and turn engine off then back on again, the suburban will run fine for awhile.  I have replaced fuel pump but nothing change?

Go to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto. They Scan for free. Find out if the ECM is spitting out a code then fix. If you replaced the fuel pump then more than likely you have a clogged FUEL FILTER or clogged catalyst. I would change the fuel filter first (D-I-Y-) filter is about $15 bucks. Get Back to me...
