Don''t know where else to post this but here it goes.  I installed some roller rockers on my ZZ4. The previous owner installed a bigger cam whose specs I don''t know.  Now when I start it I hear valve train noise, and I think it''s the rockers hitting the valve covers.  Is there anyway to tell for sure if their hitting?  If they are hitting, installing taller valve covers is the obvious fix but I live in California and I don''t think their smog legal, plus they don''t clear a component mechanically linked to the heat riser thing, the valve between the exhaust manifold and the y pipe.  Can I glue/rtv two felpro gaskets together to give me that extra height or what are your thoughts/comments on this.  Thanks in advance.
