i have a nnbs 2007 vmax silverado and bought 8k hids, and i have tried EVERYTHING to install them and just does not come on, so if anyone has a nnbs with hids, please help out this is so frustrating, pics would be the best way im a visual learner lol thanks

i think i can help - i have put 6 HID conversions together on all silverados - what is the problem you are having

finally someone help, ive tried several times, i hook up the the possitive to the battery, ive tried hooking the ground to ground and also to battery and still nothing, the kit i have has the prongs, on each headlight harness it has a red and black and also from the relay it has a white and black prong, ive tried hooking those to the stock headlight harness and nothing happens, not a flicker or anything

are you sure you are hooking it up to the low beams and not your high beams or Daytime Running Lights

Also make sure the fuse didnt accidently blow

the upper ones, i believe there the low beam but have u installed kits with these wierd prongs?

the plug from the relay harness that goes into the factory headlight harness, just flip it around and see if that solves it. i have a 2005 and i''ve installed HIDs on alot of the old bodystyle chevys and have been the only vehicles that the plug works backwards.
