battery ground location on engine block? - 7/14/2008 4:34:46 PM    definity78 Posts: 4 Joined: 7/13/2008 Status: offline I just got done rebuilding my engine for my 92 silverado, it''s a ext cab 4X4 with a 5.7 tbi engine code K. and when taking it apart I didn''t pay attention to were my battery ground cable was hooked to on the block. It''s the last thing beofre I can start the truck to adjust the valve lash. Post #: 1

If you go to the stat housing, then the voltage has to travel through the stat bolt, to the intake, through the intake bolts, and then finally to the block. pull a bolt out, or find an empty threaded hole on the block, clean it up real good and blast it in _____________________________ If you have a question, ask it in the forums.
