Well after trying everything I could think of to post pics of this project I think I finallt figured it out.Anywho-here is the pic''s:

The donor after the sub frame,engine,tranny has been removed and parch pannels cut out before going to the crusher.

The sub frame with the 1996 350 crate and tranny still in it after being removed from the donor:

The sub frame that I will resto and sand blast(maybe power coat).It will have tube spacers welded to the body mounts for a 3" lift for extra tire clearance and body lift.The rearend will get blocks for the same amount of lift.

The engine going to a machine shop to get checked out,resealed,(hum383 stroker??.)

It wasn''t a roller like I had hoped-but it does have the bosses machined in it for the conversion.

This has been a long and frustrating battle to get to post the pic''s.Anywhere else in THE WORLD WIDE WEB doesn''t give me any problems like this site has to shair this project.I will continue to up date as progress is make.

I have patch pannels and new rockers for it.I also cut out cargo pannels for fillers for the windows to turn into no window van with a change of the rear doors and slider.Once I have all the parts for that I will post pics.
