Hit a puddle and car stalled - 7/5/2008 7:27:33 AM    pokey6119   Posts: 1 Joined: 7/5/2008 Status: offline Hit a big puddle this morning in my 05 Malibu.  I know there is no mass air flow sensor.  The car starts but dies almost instantly.  And ideas what this can be? Post #: 1

If there is a small crack in the coil or a bad wire, the water from the puddle would have caused the spark to jump to ground through the water instead of going to the spark plug _____________________________ If you have a question, ask it in the forums.
