Hey guys,

I''''m buying a 1994 Chevy Cav off a friend.

I think it''''s a Z22 with the 2.2 straight 4 in it right now.
But I want to do an engine swap and add performance parts.
I''''m doing a ram air, a tranny rebuild, replacing the clutch and getting new plugs.

But I have no idea what a fair priced engine would be that I could put in it, or would I be okay with the stock block (I heard they blow head gaskets like no tomorrow in the high RPMS)

Do help please!
