I''ll be headed to the beach and I''ll probably ride up to Camp Lejune on the river to watch $100,000 taxpayer dollars explode in the sky. It''ll be sooo pretty [;)].  Then might be flounder gigging and see if I can stab a slab! [:D]

John Hart -> RE: 4th of July (7/2/2008 6:16:53 PM)

I''m going to haul a bunch of bricks and build some walkways and patios around the house.  Might sound like a yuk plan, but I''m really excited about it.  Related to the holiday, I''ll spend some time honoring those who have fought for our freedom over 230 years ago and through the centuries.  My GGGG Grandfather fought in the Revolution and lived.  Through the following generations, someone in my family has been engaged in nearly every major conflict since.  I''ll take some time reflecting on those struggles and the ones yet to come.

Ha ha ha yeah, me and my friends have been savin up all of our change for a couple months just for fireworks and we have over $100 just in quarters alone! That ain''t includin the cash we''ll throw into the pot, so it should be pretty fun. Other than that, just hangin out and throwin back a few cold ones...Especially since it''s so hot here in TX.

John Hart -> RE: 4th of July (7/3/2008 1:02:45 PM)

Not so hot up here in my neck of the woods.  Good sleepin'' weather (down in the 50''s every night).  My parents are in San Antonio and they tell me of the lack of rain and heat all the time.
