I have a ''99 Tahoe with the 2 rear "Barn Doors". They open left and right. The pns are rusted out and I can''t get them out. A hammer and pin don''t work and I don''t want to get out a torch and ruin my paint. Has anyone done this?
Welcome to the Tahoe forum. Can the hinges be removed from the doors and body? If so, that may be your only option. Use the smoke wrench and repaint the hinges.
