1985 chev caprice won't run. - 9/5/2006 6:09:06 PM    sbredeson   Posts: 1 Joined: 9/5/2006 Status: offline I have a chey 1985 caprice classic which quit the other day. I replaced the fuel pump and verified I have fuel pumping to the carb by loosing the bolt that holds the filter in. I still can’t get it to run. I pulled the distributor and the coil looks fine, the cap and rotor look good. When I pull a plug and turn it over I do not see any spark. I did verify I have 12 volts going to the coil. Just wonder if the next step is replacing the control module or if there is anything else I should check? Post #: 1
