Have a 2006 Silverado 5.3 with 19,250 miles on it. When going down hill or decellerating, with or without the cruise control on, the vehicle jerks - feels like the engine is missing. Dealer looked at it and said there were no computer code errors, and the tranny was fine. Suggested throttle body service and Terra Clean injector service. Dealer said that the throttle body and injector service may fix the problem and I replied I don''t want a "may fix" answer but a solution. I don''t want to start throwing money at it guessing what may or may not fix it. At only 19,250 miles, it''s hard to believe injector service is needed. Anyone out there have a similar problem or any other suggestions?
