On july 2006 I purchased brand new 2007 Cobalt LT with no problems until today. During my lunch hour I took my car to get a state inspection at a local BP gas station. I always take all my older vehicles to this station pass inspection with no problems and I thought the Chevy Cobalt 07 will pass since it''s 2 years old. With a new hired state inspector check my car he''s said I need headlight low beam adjustment for $20.00.So he fail me for this crap so I call dealership since I have bumper to bumper warranty and they said they will check it out tommorrow. There was recall on 2005 chevy cobalt on exterior headlights but not for 2007 cobalt. Does anyone had problems like this? < Message edited by cobalt07 -- 6/26/2008 3:08:04 PM > Post #: 1

Just find another vehicle about the same height and mark the focal point of the beams on a wall, garage door etc, with duct tape or something similar.
