i want remove the shift knob on my 05 tb but in witch way?

There weren''t very many in the US made in manual transmission.Could you take a picture of it?

Look right behind the shift knob... the part that faces the dash.
there is a small HEX screw there... loosen the screw

Hello.

Here is a picture of the shift handle.
I have problems to remove the old one, i want remove only the knob with the leather.
