You need to get the codes scanned to see why the check engine light is coming on before you replace any more parts

when you replaced the throttle body- did you leave battery disconnected?
are you also running AC when this happens?

though your throttle body is new..... adds a twist.

many times when the battery is disconnected- and the tb is dirty and a user turns on AC you get a very bad idle......
until its cleaned and battery disconnected for at least 30 min.....

yes get the codes.... try Autozone- rent a code reader.....

what was the fault code for the first one? there should have been a number that came along with the code. (Example P0301)
Sounds like they are using a generic scanner which is why is comes up as manufacturer control. If you can get the fault code, we can look it up and give you more direction

A P1345 is a crankshaft/camshaft relation code. The sensors is used by the PCM for timing functions. They are basically a voltage inducer, triggered by a reluctor ring on the crankshaft and the exhaust camshaft. My manual suggests going to the dealer for a new position learning procedure when ever one is disturbed

the above I found at trailvoy.com
theres a thread on this code there...
