Here it goes.....When I coming to a stop it shifts from 1st to 2nd back to 1st a couple of times before it comes to a stop ....I replaced the fluid and filter last wekend and made sure I got the old o-rings out this is driving me crazy... please help

sorry, my psychic abilities are broken.....we  need a little more info on the vehicle before we attempt to give you advice.
year,make,model,motor,trans,how long has the problem been apparent? Its better if I....? Its worse if I....? no rhyme or reason....happens all the time.....etc etc etc

87 chevt blazer k5 350 eng.700rt trans. It only happens when going over 30 or so when coming to a stop is when it starts shifting from 1st to 2nd back to 1st and so on a couple of times ,From a dead stop 1st to 2nd is fine 2nd to 3rd takes awhile I usually have to let off the gas for it to change i dont drive it in OD Im only driving about 10 miles round trip to work OD is tp sluggish for me.

I''m wondering about the Throttle Valve (TV) or TV cable maladjustment.  It''s pretty sensitive and may give you these exact symptoms.....''specially since you have to let up on the gas to shift to 3rd
