i just got my 1993 camaro and i have about 800 dollars to spend on upgrades.
what would be the best and cheapest things i could get?

Well, an intake system and exhaust are the best things to start with. I would go with an AEM or K&N system for that.

And Flowmaster makes exhausts that sound wonderful on those cars.
(If you save up a little bit more, SLP exhausts give a deeper, more dinstinctive tone. But, theyre more expensive)
