Venezuela owns Citgo. Venezuela hates America. They don''t mind at all.

You just have to remember also that Mexico has viirtually no taxes on gas.

Mexico does not have the refinery capability to keep up with demand for their own country so they export it to the US refinery plants and then we send it back to Mexico and it is still less than half the cost if sold in this country!!! BTW- Euro - practically everybody hates the US, we help the workd and they still hate us. God help us if we ever need assistance- we would be f**ked!
