was wondering ifi can weld my front rear end in a 95 chevy 4x4 truck and will it work normal when out of 4 wheel drive???????

k whi wanna know is if i weld my front rearend up so when i put it ib 4x4 both tires will dig   when i take it out of 4x4 will it be in 2 wheel drive or always locked up hope this explains it better and thank you for your answers

I'm assuming you are referring to the "Front Differential". The differential is designed that way for a reason. If you lock the differential with a mini-spool or god forbid if you weld it,  you can overheat the driveline and cause damage to the transfer case.

yes i know it could damage something but i just want to know . when welded both tires will spin in 4x4 take it out of 4x4 will they not be locked up??????
