I have a 08 LTZ summit white 4X4 crew on 20ies and I really don't like the silver and black plane looking 4X4 sticker on the sides. It is in the same place as the Z71 stickers are placed.  I want to remove them but don't want to jack up the paint.  Anyone know an easy way without paying a viset to the paint shop afterwords?

Heat gun should do it.  I have removed smaller stickers with one.  Heat softens the glue.  Goo Gone cleans it up when the sticker is off.

Traded the wife in for the truck.....didn't get much for her though.  I do have a heat gun and I'll give that a shot.  Hopefully I won't torch the paint.

Go easy with the heat gun & WD-40 takes the glue off also. Trade in on wives is really low for some reason

I did mine by going very gentle with a razor blade and heat. Googone for glue, but you'll probably have to work the area gently with polishing compound to remove the "shadow" or silhouette the sticker tends to leaves after a couple of months. I thought the 4x4 stickers looked tacky, too.
