Is there any such cheap radiator for a 1997 S10?  Gm has it for $155. Any thing else?

Thats actually a very good price for a brand new one. You can buy them slightly chaeper on the internet, but by the time you pay shipping, it'll be about $10 more.

Here is a link to some OEM and aftermarket replacements, they range between $140 to $250. The GM price really is good considering you will not have to pay shipping costs, so if I were you that is the way I would go.

Theres nothing to it. Just pull off the shroud (clips) the fan (4 small screws). Drain it by disconnecting the hoses. Then unbolt the radiator from the support (4 screws I think). Work it side to side until it comes out.
