OK, I have a 71 impala 350 engine with new Edelbrock Performer Intake and matching 600 cfm Carb with electric choke. The car cranks right up and runs good (I set the timing so thats straight). After car warms up and I drive for about 15-20 mins it starts acting like its not getting gas and it starts idling real low. It wasnt doing this a couple months ago. I put a new fuel pump, fuel filter and spark plugs in and it still does the same thing. I cant seem to figure out why the engine bogs down when i hit the gas. I hit it and its not doing anything, no acceleration. Any idea what this could be?

have you checked the carb when this happen's with the air cleaner off ,manually operate the throttle to simulate it .it might be in the carb ,low float level ,ect .
