1995 Silverado: What is the difference between 1st. and 2nd. design steering wheels?

I didnt even know there was more than one but I would guess the size of the airbag on the wheel.  My guess was that they made it smaller mid year?

It seems so, when my dealer did a parts search it returned 2 designs with the 1st. being unavailable. I also did an online search and it only comes back with the 2nd design.

It maybe the difference between '94 and '95, since they switched interior styles between those years.
