need help asap

i replaced the rear brakes tonite and now for some reason the brake lights dont work, also the brake light indicator inside the truck flashes 9 times, is steady for a second and then repeats. i have to take a 4 hour trip tomorrow any help would be greatly appreciated

Model and year would help. I would call a local parts place or dealer and ask about the code and they should be able to tell you what the computer is trying to tell you.

figured out what was wrong got it fixed but does any one know if you can reset the computer for the rwal, the module beside the master cylinder. here is a link if anyone else has any issues wuth thier brake light http://autorepair.about.com/library/faqs/bl929g.htm
