I saw that video years ago, thats no concept, just a custom truck.

I was told by a dealership that they did away with the SS silverado specifically because the old SS had (if I remember) 345 HP and the new 6.0 Vorted MAX has more than that. To get a SS they'd have to put in more hp, and with the way gas prices and future mileage restrictions are going, you wont find a 400+ factory silverado anytime soon.
