2000 Suburban Rear AC fan only blows on speed 3

Replaced ac control and it did not correct issue.

Its probably the Blower Motor Resistor. On my silverado and on a ponitac grand am i used to own, the ac controls would only work on 5, the highest setting. When I replaced the resistor, normally near or on the airbox or blower motor, it worked for me both times. since the rear ac uses a seperate blower motor in the back, I would suggest look at that. both times, the blower motor resistor was under 20.00 at Autozone. If we knew what system we are trying to diagnose it would be easier to give you good advice.

Manual or automatic? they are 2 totaly different units with 2 totally different controls

The transmission is automatic.  The rear ac control is manual.  Is that the infromation you are looking for?
