Hello Guys I have a problem with my chevy ventue A/C and I would appreciate your help. Problem: AC blows hot air only, No cold air. Checks: 1. Underhood AC clutch relay tested OK. I hear a click sound of clutch when I hot wire the contacts of the clutch relay circuit. Tells me Clutch is OK. 2. Tested Fan 1, Fan2 and Fan common relay. All test OK. 3. All underhood fuses are OK. 4. Hot wire fans direct and they run so Fan motors are OK. I suspect Low Pressure Sensor is the culprit and assume that R134 refregerant has leaked out. I would like to know the location of Low Pressure Sensor So I could jump it to see if compressor runs? If the compressor runs then I can add new refregerant to top it up and see if there is a leak anywhere. Also I wonder, If low pressure sensor orders PCM to cut off power to the clutch relay then why PCM does not set a fault code and check engine light to come on? Any comment or any other help will be appreciated. Regards. Khalid Chaudhry Ottawa, Canada
