2000 Suburban 1500.  Having electrical issues.  Battery is fully charged, but nothing is working whatsoever.  No crank, no power windows, not even an overhead light.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

Sounds like a bad ground.

Even though the battery is reading good it still may be bad. It could be sulfated try hooking it to a charger on start mode for only about 15-30 seconds, it may take some sulfation off, if it is sulfated. If no then it's probably a bad ground.
