I have a 1992 Chevy Silverado c1500 pickup with the unstoppable 350 V8. Is it worth it to spend the money on a Cold Air Intake for it?  Does it help out?? Please Find?

Check out S&B they have a great product, I have personally seen improvments with a S&B CAI combined with a catback system. http://www.sbfilters.com/product_display.php?id=124 yours would be same as mine.
