I have an 85 K20 Suburban.  While replacing the dip-stick tube I hit the solenoid and arched.  Since then, I seem to have no power to ignition, power windows, radio, etc.  I do, however, have power to headlights and dome lights.  I cannot find any blown fuses in fuse block.  I have removed the started and had it tested by both Kragen and Autozone.  Both indicate no problems with starter.  I have checked wiring from starter and see no visible damage to fusible links.  I have continuity between "hot" wires from starter and connector box on firewall behind fuse block.  No sound at all comes from the starter when attempting to start.  If a fusible link is blown will it be visibly damaged?  Will it still show continutity?  If ignition bad, is there a way to determine without replacement?  Please advise.

Thanks,

Shaun
