I'm gonna try my best to help you out here:

1. Flowmaster 40 series would be an excellent choice for a 6 banger.

2. Honestly, I would take it to Circuit City, they don't charge a fortune to install stereos. If you can buy the harness (they mark theirs up really high) you can get it installed in an hour for $40. If not, then try this: www.carstereohelp.com they have instructions there with pictures.

3. Some projectors are made very cheaply, if you go with a brand name like Spyder or Euroclear you will pay more, but get a quality set.

4. These guys will hook you up with a grill (they can make anything, you can get it customized how YOU want it!): www.customcargrills.com

Hope this helps you find what you need!
