03' Cavalier Interior Neon Lights question

I just bought a 03' Cavalier, its loaded with lots a mods and stuff like neon lights under the driver dashboard and passenger also in trunk.

The only problem i have is where would the switch to turn on these neon lights be at? I have no Idea how to turn them on, also the headlights have like strobe lights and i have no idea how to turn them on either. Any1 know where I would find switches to these?

Considering all of that stuff is aftermarket, no we wouldn't. I suggest checking the glove box, under the seats, and the sides and inside the center console (if it has one). Either that or your going to have to find the lights, and follow the wiring until you find the switch or source. Let us know what you find, and if you have any more questions then post up.
