could someone tell me if and what the recalls on that 98' suburban 1500's are

i have one and im jsut curious if it could be the reason to some of my problems

If you will provide your VIN I would be happy to see if your Suburban has any outstanding campaigns (recalls).
There were very few recalls on the 98 Suburban, only one safety related which had to do with adding a fused jumper harness to the power outside rearview mirror switch and this campaign only applied to a handfull of Suburban's.
