You can go to a dealership and buy the kit to fix it with. Just tell them you need hinge pins and bushings to fix a sagging door. The full kit is like 20 bucks.

To fix it, just hammer out the old ones, and get a center punch or a screwdriver to knock out the bushings. Get someone to hold up the door for you or balance it on a bucket or something. Then replace the bushings carefully. I made a press out of a nut & bolt, a small socket about the same diameter as the bushing, and 3 washers. Just stick the bolt through the socket with the washers on both ends of the socket, then the bushing. Stick it through the hinge pin hole and and put the other nut and washer on the other side. Then carefully tighten the nut to press the bushing in. It'll only go so far, then just tap it the rest of the way in with the hammer. Then just tap the pin in and slide the end clips on.

man i just finished replacing my driver side door bushingd last week.
thats a great idea about the bushing press by the way, i wish i would have thought of that. instead i busted one of the new bushings trying to softly hammer it in. on some cars/ trucks
you can do one hinge at a time and keep the door in place. but on the 2000 i had to slide the
whole door out due to the way its made. but it wasent hard though, you might want to have one of you buddies give you a hand holding the door while you mess with the bushings though, its a whole lot easier with two people that just one...good luck
