Drivers front wheel rattle on bumps?

Another question on my Montana. When I hit a bump on the drivers side front, it sounds like chains or change in a tin can? What do I need to be looking for when I check this out?

I would be bringing it in and getting them to check for play in the ball joint. 
Could also be the strut, or bushing.
Best to bring it in and get them to check the front end before something falls apart in the middle of the interstate :o)
