I recently purchased a 2k3 Silv 1500 4x4 ext cab shrt bed and I was curious if anyone could provide me a few details on any major issues with this year / generation of the truck? A list of service bulletins would be helpful as well.

go to the top of the page and click on tsb's nrxt to chevy recall's,it should be able to walk you through it .good luck !

I had an extended cab 03 with Quadratrack and only had one issue in four and half years. Just after we got it they had a recall to reprogram the computer. Loved that truck. Usually trade every two years. Kept that one over four.
