no points can be issued....no arrest warrant can be issued on citation by light camera...just $75 down the drain....I knew I was had saw the reflection of the flash from the camera on my side view mirror (passenger side). You can turn an affidavit if someone was test driving a car (applicable to car dealers)..if you do not pay, the amount will be increased to $100 and added to the registration renewal....Big Brother is all over Dallas, TX...still damn good looking truck..

I agree... it is a sickening feeling when that flash goes off... you just kissed away an amount equal to a tank full of gas...what really is a bummer is that camera intersection yellow lights have been set to change a second or so less than non-camera intersections..There are some cities that have taken them down because of rear-end collisions and lawsuits that state that citation by private companies (they set up and maintain the lights for a cut of the fine) is illegal....Hopefully, some day I will get my money back...(yeah right)

Looks like you had a lot of company going thru the intersection, even some after you.
