well i finally finished it.the kit uses the factory plug and will install in minutes

not even higherlevel has these lights these are custom oem plug and play hid fog light bulbs ...................

These bulbs just plug into the OEM housing? It was my understanding that HID bulbs would generate too much heat in the housing.

Is there a ballast for the bulb? How doe's it work? Price?
