I just bought a 94 Toyota (yes Toyota) truck for 100 bucks. It doesn't run, but turns over and backfires. It needs a timing chain. Other than that, it needs minor bodywork to fix a few dents. It has 196,000 miles, one owner, clear title, overdrive transmission, exteneded cab, a/c, heat, CD radio, power steering, brand new radiator, and a full tank of gas. Good deal eh?

I'll take pictures of it tomorrow. I plan on making it my "Pimpmobile" with a custom paint job, shaved everything, rollpans, etc.

Ummm, probably because this is the OFF TOPIC section of the Chevy Forum where ANYTHING GOES. Just a hunch.

This is the purpose of the off-topic section, bro. To talk about anything.... just wanted to let my friends on the forum in on the news! I wasn't bragging about the fact that its a toyota. Screw Toyota. Its a truck for a hundred bucks....hell I'd buy it even if it was a ford for a hundred bucks.

deop some pics - i love beater trucks.  is it 4wd?  lots of fun in the snow if you live in that sort of are.  i bought a beater long time ago 78 chevy luv 4x4, probably took 20 sec to get up to 60 mph but i loved that truck i think i paid 250 for it then the engine went so i bought a parts truck for 100 and swapped the engine in - still miss that truck
