I just ordered the fuel vaporizor and Im gonna start on an HHO system this week.
Im gonna keep them on different vehicles I have been reading introducing two systems on the same vehicle could get tricky/dangerous.
Do you guys know if there is a way to test your tailpipe emissions so I could compare results?

Aren't you in Arizona and don't they still have emissions testing there?  Just take it to an inspection station and have them test it.

i think that places that install propane systems have emission testers

Northey- What type of parts did your system have in it that brought your cost up so much?  Ive been looking at a lot of systems and I havent come across one that expensive yet.

There are just alot of parts, the kits calls for a 550ft of 23awg magnetic wire that is teflon coated that runs $0.51 a ft, and a alot of electrical pieces to make a curciut board to control the juice going through the electrodes and coil. Plus like I mentioned the CPVC they wanted was like $500 but I brought that down to $100 by switching to PVC.

I think the CPVC was supposed to be used to prevent cracking in freezing weather... but you can alway drain the system in the winter time.

Thats what I figured, when I live in PA I just wont use it and drain it in winter. As I am finding out that there are alot of people the same model that I am, because when I call the companies to order parts they KNOW exactly what I am talking about, they are like "oh, for the hydrogen generator". So I am not alone in this project.

Something I'll be looking into soon if gas hit $4 over the summer like they have projected

So Northey are you going to build it?  Im going to start mine this week I think, I am just figuring out which way I want to build it.  Does the kit give any recomendations for cold weather applications?  I live In Phoenix so I am looking into overheating issues but I occasionally go up north where freezing would be a problem so I'm looking into that as well.

Heat should not be a problem, and the book says that if it going to get below freezing then you need to empty the system.
